I worked with the builder to create this condominium from the moment construction began. I fell in love with the breath taking views and the small community, located on top of one of the highest points in Tijuana. Live here and you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world. ALTALIA III is a new modern high-security building offering luxury living. The building features several common facilities such as a Pool, Gym, Roof Top Deck, and several recreation areas.

I built this home as a second residence as well as a rental unit. The building has decided not to let any short term rentals, so I am forced to unfortunately sell it for what I have invested in it. I custom designed it to bring American standards to Mexico. I spared no cost for its construction or furnishings. I transformed the design of a three-bedroom condominium into a stunning two-bedroom luxury home. This condominium delivers the fundamentals we take for granted in America.
